- Job Responsibilities: preparation, coordination and technical inspection of building repairs, reconstructions and new construction projects, coordination of construction activities from project documentation preparation through project completion and handover, technical supervision of construction implementation and compliance verification with project documentation, resolution of technical disputes arising during construction, collaboration with designers, structural engineers, technical supervisors, contractors, heritage protection authorities and other specialized professionals
close cooperation across the hospital – particularly with the public procurement department, maintenance department and individual healthcare facilities, participation in inspection days, construction handovers and quality control of performed work
preparation of technical documentation for repairs, reconstructions and new investment projects, collaboration on renewal of utility networks, roads and other infrastructure of the hospital area
- Requirements: university degree in construction or technical field, knowledge of construction legislation, project documentation, construction technologies and technical standards, demonstrable professional experience in land construction implementation (minimum 3-5 years), valid driver's license category B, proficiency with Office 365 applications and construction budgeting software, experience in land construction implementation, experience with historical building and healthcare facility reconstructions an advantage, ČKAIT certification, experience in technical supervision of construction or construction management
- Personal Qualifications: communication, organizational and negotiation skills, conceptual thinking, responsibility and ability to make decisions and find technical solutions, psychological resilience to stress
