Within the social care administration, approximately 1,200 committed employees work to provide support and care to those in need in our municipality. Work takes place within elderly care, home care, services for people with disabilities, and social psychiatry, as well as individual and family care. 1 position(s). DUTIES In Ystad Municipality, we work together to create safe and quality care for our residents. Home healthcare is an important part of our operations, and we continuously invest in competency development and good introduction for our employees. We are now seeking an introduction coordinator nurse who wants to help develop and ensure quality introduction for our new employees. As introduction coordinator nurse, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on the introduction for newly hired nurses. You are a confident and competent expert in your field, with a strong drive to develop and improve home healthcare through innovative and creative solutions. You have a curious and inspiring approach that motivates and engages your colleagues. The role includes: • Managing introduction programs for new nurses • Serving as support and mentor to new employees • Ensuring a safe and structured introduction to the organization • Developing and improving introduction processes and methods You work closely with unit managers and colleagues within home healthcare and actively contribute to the development of the organization. Working hours are daytime, with weekend duty 2 weekends per 10 weeks. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you if you: • Are a licensed nurse • Have at least 5 years of professional experience • Have experience in home healthcare • Are confident in your professional role and have good ability to work independently • Have a pedagogical approach and genuine interest in mentoring • Have a B driving license and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. You are also organized, communicative, and skilled at building trust. You thrive in a role where you can support others and contribute to their development. Furthermore, you are proactive and have strong commitment to quality care. It is also meritorious if you have specialist education in a relevant field or if you have completed student mentoring (7.5 credits). We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
