WORK DUTIES We are now accepting expressions of interest from those who wish to work as nursing assistants, care workers, personal assistants, or residential counselors in our operations. The work involves assisting service users in their daily lives with everything that entails. In addition to helping with hygiene, care, and household tasks, the work includes socializing and enriching service users' lives. The work includes documentation as required by law. We are seeking substitutes for: • Residential Care Facilities Also called elderly care homes and are located at several different places in the municipality (Järpen, Mörsil, Kall, Hallen, and Duved). • Home Care Service Within home care, you provide service and care to elderly and ill individuals in their own homes. You travel between assignments using a service vehicle. Here you can also work night shifts with the night patrol. • Residential Care with Special Services You work in our residential care facilities with special services in Järpen and support residents with planning and implementation of daily activities based on an individually designed implementation plan. You may work with individuals with behavioral problems and psychiatric diagnoses. • Personal Assistance We have various assignments in Järpen and Hallen where you work around the clock at the homes of individuals receiving support. You complement where the functional limitation sets boundaries and work based on the individual's conditions and wishes. QUALIFICATIONS It is important to be attentive, flexible, and genuinely interested in people. You must be able to see, listen to, and acknowledge the people you meet. Collaborating and contributing to a positive work environment among colleagues is a given for you. You must be able to read, speak, and express yourself in writing in Swedish fluently. Experience and/or education in care is a merit. For home care service, residential care with special services, and personal assistance, a valid B driver's license is required. To work with us, you must provide a criminal record check for work with elderly or adults with disabilities in their homes before starting employment.
