You will assist with assessing each individual's condition and taking appropriate action based on that assessment. You collaborate in teams, both internally and externally, to meet the individual's care needs. You are responsible for supervising and delegating care personnel and supporting other professions in the team. Qualifications We are looking for you as a licensed nurse with good knowledge of current legislation, such as HSL, SoL, and LSS. You need to have good computer skills and be accustomed to documentation. You must have a B-category driver's license to work in our facilities, and in home care services you also need to be able to cycle. It is an advantage if you have experience working in municipal health and care services. About the Health and Care Services (HSL) Area The Care and Social Services Administration has the HSL organization grouped in one operational area. You work closely with your colleagues and together we provide patient-safe care where we work daily to keep the patient at the center - and not just the patient in focus! Support ServiceYou become part of a team working with the city's LSS residences and social psychiatry services. Home Care ServicesHome care is divided into five areas with a unit manager per area. You are employed within one area but may be called upon to work in other home care areas as needed. You travel throughout your assigned geographic area and conduct assessments and interventions in patients' homes. Specialized ResidencesOur specialized residences are divided into three groups with a unit manager per group. You receive a primary placement at one of our specialized residences but are expected to support other residences as needed - primarily within your group. On-Call ServiceHere you are responsible for patients in the city's specialized residences, LSS facilities, and our home care patients during times when regular staff are not on duty.
