With us, you'll get: • varied work • a large and modern facility • dedicated colleagues • assignments that are usually continuous, and • certain routes Monday through Friday You'll start your career with Bergkvara Bus on our fixed routes, which may involve driving in tight spaces where you need precision. You can also drive replacement or evacuation routes that may be time-limited. In school transport, you're the safe and reliable driver that gives both children and their parents confidence that trips to and from school are handled in the best way possible. Once you've settled in, you can mix in charter tours from time to time. We strive to create balance among different driving assignments so you have a good work environment. In contracted transport, you'll meet a variety of different groups who are often heading out on exciting outings. These assignments are highly varied – no two trips are the same. Different destinations and assignments, but also different groups of people. QUALIFICATIONS To succeed as a bus driver with us, you have: • formal bus driver training (Category D license and YKB certification) • driven a bus during the past 5 years • good ability to understand and communicate in Swedish, especially verbally We consider it a plus if you have previous experience driving school or contracted routes. As a person, you're service-oriented, accommodating, and resolve any problems that arise in a smooth and constructive manner. You enjoy meeting new people, young and old, and adapt your communication style and approach based on the situation and person. Of course, you're a safe driver with good judgment, as critical situations can arise where you need to quickly adapt to new conditions and changing circumstances. You are fundamentally calm, secure, and stable, treating others with respect and professionalism. You make others feel welcome, well cared for, and safe. Following rules and procedures, being thorough, and striving to develop and improve both your own competence and contribute to the operation's overall quality and results are essential.
