Location: Kroměříž - Job Responsibilities: independently developing medium-term and annual internal audit plans based on objective assessment of hospital process risks, discussing and submitting them for approval to the governing body; conducting internal audits in accordance with legal requirements and Global Internal Audit Standards with focus on economy, efficiency and effectiveness in managing state public funds and subsidies; assessing compliance of activities with legal and internal regulations; evaluating the functionality of the internal control system setup and operations; identifying and evaluating risks including proposals for mitigation measures; preparing audit findings, recommendations and audit reports for hospital management; monitoring implementation of adopted measures; advisory and consulting activities in the area of the internal management and control system of PNKM; preparing documentation for the annual report on financial control results - Requirements: completed higher education in economics or law; knowledge of internal audit standards and relevant legislation in the area of financial management of budgetary organizations; advanced MS Office skills; data handling skills; discretion; independence, responsibility and proactive approach; analytical thinking; diligence; high level of objectivity and impartiality; communication and negotiation skills; health fitness; clean criminal record - Advantages: experience performing internal audit in public administration or healthcare facility; knowledge of Act No. 320/2001 Coll., on financial control in public administration; orientation in Act No. 231/2025 Coll., on management and control of public finances; orientation in Global Internal Audit Standards - We Offer: employment contract for a definite period with possibility of subsequent extension to indefinite period; opportunity for professional development; placement in salary grade 10 according to government regulation on salary conditions; possibility of personal allowance and extraordinary bonuses - Employee Benefits: 5 weeks of vacation and 3 days of sick leave per year; meal allowance; FKSP contribution; pension insurance contribution or freedom to choose benefits within Cafeteria system - Submit your written applications with structured professional CV and cover letter by 30-09-2026 to: [email protected].
