About the Role
As a logistics coordinator, you work in daily operations with certain dedicated logistics flows. You work closely with customers, suppliers, transporters, ports and colleagues both in Sweden and internationally to ensure efficient and well-functioning transports.
The role is largely operational and involves planning, coordinating and monitoring flows where trucks, trains, ships and intermodal transports work together.
You will work with, among other things:
Data entry, verification and reconciliation in business systems
Invoice checks and volume monitoring
Reporting, statistics and administrative tasks
Sales support and simple cost estimation
Logistics planning and daily transport coordination
Weekly planning, warehouse planning and forecasts
Contact with trucking companies, ports, customers and suppliers
Monitoring and quality assurance of logistics flows
The position involves many contact points both nationally and internationally. You will daily collaborate with colleagues and partners in, among others, Norway, Denmark, Germany, Italy, England, Iceland and Poland.
Who Are You?

To succeed in the role, you have:
Higher education in logistics or related field
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written
Good administrative ability and experience working in different systems
Very good Excel skills
Class B driver's license
It is advantageous if you have experience from logistics, transport, freight forwarding, forestry, energy or recycling industries. Knowledge of, for example, biofuels, customs issues or international transport flows is also an advantage.
