We are seeking an interim manager for a government agency in the Stockholm area! Assignment Description The assignment involves supporting operations in the Stockholm area during a period characterized by change and development. The organization is facing several parallel change initiatives while a number of operational and organizational challenges need to be addressed quickly in the short term. Your assignment is to relieve and support managers in strategic and operational leadership, with a focus on creating structure, momentum and coordination in the organization. The support includes, among other things, analysis of the current situation, prioritization of measures, coordination of change efforts, and support in managing and monitoring operations. You will contribute to strengthening managers' ability to lead the organization through change, ensure implementation capacity and create stability in day-to-day work. The work is primarily performed on-site at the agency's facilities, but the possibility of remote work 2 days per week may be available. Mandatory Requirements Academic education in leadership, management, logistics, maritime or equivalent experience deemed equivalent Documented ability to combine strategic analysis with operational implementation Interim manager for at least two years Documented good results from operational activities Experience in developing analyses, decision-making materials and recommendations for management Ability to drive and follow up improvement initiatives in complex operational environments Experience in change management and business development Meritorious You should have experience managing managers You should have experience managing a 24/7 operation Your Application Does the role sound interesting and suitable?
