Staffing Services functions as an internal staffing organization, where the difference from an external staffing company is that you are employed by Skåne University Hospital (Sus) and have the same security and benefits as other employees. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As an interim manager, you are assigned to various operations within Region Skåne, primarily to healthcare operations. Assignments are at all management levels but primarily as a first-line manager. Your home base is within Staffing Services where your manager and interim manager colleagues are located. Assignment duration varies between three months and one year. Before each assignment, an assignment description is written where we work with the operation to specify the upcoming assignment and what expectations exist for the interim manager during the assignment period. During the assignment, you have continuous check-ins with the assignment provider from the operation to monitor and evaluate the assignment. As a manager leading employees, you take your operation in the expected direction toward the operation's goals. Your employees' engagement is crucial to success in your assignment, and you value coaching, providing feedback, evaluating performance, promoting collaboration and creating a good work environment. Together with your employees, you develop the operation through efficient working methods with high quality and continuously follow up for learning and further development. You have employment and management responsibility that includes employees, operations and finances. Additionally, you have good Swedish language skills in both speech and writing. We consider broad experience as a manager desirable, preferably in several different types of operations. It is meritorious if you have a healthcare-oriented education and work experience from a similar role as an interim manager. We also consider it meritorious if you have experience working in a public sector operation. Leadership training is considered desirable.
