Payroll Consultant with specialized expertise in Flex HRM (50%) This assignment involves an independent role in an ongoing system conversion project. You will be an important part of supporting multiple operations in their transition to Flex HRM and ensuring they become self-sufficient in their future payroll management. The focus is on system conversion, data quality, and user support rather than operational payroll processing. About the Assignment We are looking for an experienced payroll consultant to start as soon as possible. The assignment covers approximately 50% during the fall with the possibility of extension. You will work in a comprehensive conversion project where multiple companies implement Flex HRM and will be responsible for ensuring that the correct data is migrated and handled in the system, as well as supporting the operations through the transition to the new way of working. In this assignment, you become part of a great team in an organization characterized by a humble approach where collaboration and humor are highly valued. Responsibilities Work operatively in the conversion project and ensure correct data in Flex HRM. Quality assure and follow up on data migration and system configurations. Support users and operations during the implementation phase. Contribute to and train companies to become self-sufficient in their future payroll management in Flex HRM. Collaborate with the project team and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition. We are Looking for You Have solid experience with Flex HRM and can quickly get up to speed with the assignment. Preferably certified in Flex HRM. Have experience with system implementations, conversions, or change projects within payroll and HR. Are independent, structured, and solution-oriented. Humble and collaboration-focused. Comfortable in a fast-paced, acquisition-intensive, and decentralized organization. Have good communication skills and are confident in supporting users and operations through change. Experience with installment agreements is a merit but not a requirement.
