Are you a structured and communicative person with experience in project management, construction, or industrial projects? We are now looking for an Interface Manager who will be the important link between real estate projects, contractors, and production operations. About the Role In this role, you are responsible for coordinating activities between projects and production, ensuring efficient communication between all parties, and managing changes, risks, and disruptions in ongoing projects. You work closely with project management, contractors, and operations to create conditions for safe and successful execution. Your Main Responsibilities Coordinate the interface between projects, contractors, and production. Ensure that the right information reaches affected departments at the right time. Monitor schedules, risks, and critical dependencies. Coordinate changes and minimize impact on production. Ensure that workplace safety and security requirements are met before work begins. We Are Looking for You If You Have experience in project management, construction, or industrial projects. Are comfortable working in complex environments with multiple contact points. Have good organizational and coordination skills. Communicate clearly and thrive in a changing environment. Have a good understanding of workplace safety and security matters.
