What you will do: ● Organizationally manage rehearsals, performances, and related events at the home venue and on tours, ● Coordinate the course of rehearsals and performances in collaboration with the artistic and technical departments of the theater, ● Responsible for purchasing, manufacturing, recording, preparation and maintenance of props and their setup on stage and backstage before rehearsals and performances What we expect from you: ● Advanced organizational and communication skills, ● Attention to detail and thoroughness in work, ● Ability to handle stressful and unexpected situations, ● Team spirit, ● Independence in solving assigned tasks, ● Manual dexterity, ● Time flexibility – work often takes place in afternoons and evenings, on weekends and holidays, including one- and multi-day tours within the Czech Republic and occasionally abroad, ● Secondary education with graduation exam, ● Driver's license category B, ● Criminal record clearance. Previous theater experience is not necessary. What matters most is reliability, organizational ability, practical thinking, and willingness to learn the job.
