The position involves performing the following key activities: - Partial procedures necessary for seed and seedling recognition proceedings and certification, - Inspections of multiplication crops, - Sampling of seeds and seedlings, - Performing mechanical analysis of potato seedlings, - Monitoring of certified seed and seedling circulation, supplier and facility inspections, collection of control samples, inspections of authorized samplers and inspectors according to established plans. - Supervision of compliance with obligations set for professional operators and other persons in the area of protection against introduction and spread of harmful organisms, - Monitoring and survey of harmful organism occurrence, basic detection and diagnostics of harmful organisms and disorders, and for this purpose collection of official samples of plants, plant products and other objects, - Participation in preparation of background materials for proceedings on ordering and lifting extraordinary plant protection measures (MRO) for eradication of harmful organisms and against their spread, and for decisions on compensation for costs and losses of operators as a result of fulfilling these MRO, - Processing of background materials for proposals to initiate administrative proceedings for imposing sanctions, - Additional activities related to seed, seedling and harmful organism issues according to current requirements Employee benefits: 25 days vacation + 5 additional sick days, professional training, meal allowance, contribution to cultural, sports and recreation activities, access to organization's recreational and accommodation facilities, employment stability
