INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE / MEETING BOOKER B2B Want to help build our new sales department in Solna? Brand & Utrymningskontroll is growing – fast. We're now building a completely new department for phone sales and meeting booking at our office in Solna. We're looking for five hungry salespeople who want to be part of it from the start. Your job is simple to understand: Create deals. Every day. You'll both sell our digital services directly over the phone and book qualified customer meetings for our outside sales team. We work with fire protection, emergency evacuation, systematic fire protection work (SBA), training and other safety solutions for Swedish companies and organizations. WHAT WILL YOU DO? You'll mainly: contact new business customers by phone sell our digital SBA services book qualified meetings for our outside sales team identify customer needs in fire protection and safety follow up on customers and business opportunities work systematically in CRM work toward clear individual goals every day, week and month You don't need to know about fire protection when you start. We'll teach you that. But you must want to learn how to sell. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We're looking for someone who gets energy from talking to people and isn't afraid to pick up the phone. You need to be driven, articulate and competitive. You should like clear goals and understand the connection between activity, performance and salary. Previous experience in phone sales, meeting booking or B2B sales is a plus – but the right personality and attitude matter more than a perfect CV.
