Do you want to work in a creative and international environment where you can combine sales, customer relations, and travel? We are now seeking a driven inside sales / customer support representative at Miljögården who enjoys meeting with customers and loves creating and maintaining relationships. About Us: Miljögården is one of Sweden's leading wholesalers in home décor, with over 2500 customers around the world. Our main focus is on Scandinavia and the DACH region, but we are also growing strongly in other parts of Europe. We design and develop our products together with both our own and external designers, with production primarily in Asia and partly in Europe. We also offer custom-designed furniture from our own carpentry workshop in Poland. About the Role: As an inside sales / customer support representative, you will be an important part of our team at the office in Svedala. You will work closely with our customers and other departments in the company, and you will have a central role in our continued development. We are in an exciting growth phase – here you will have the opportunity to make an impact, contribute ideas, and shape both your own role and our way of working going forward. Your Responsibilities: Build and develop relationships with both new and existing customers Customer contact via telephone, email, and customer visits Quote handling and follow-up Order registration, returns, and invoicing Sales Participation in international / national trade fairs The position involves travel in connection with trade fairs where we present our new collections and visits to our customers. We Are Looking for You: You speak and write fluently in one of the following languages: German, Italian, French, or Polish You must also be fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written You have good computer skills (experience with the business system Pyramid is a plus) You have experience in sales or customer service (a plus, but not required) Experience from the industry is a plus but not required As a Person, You Are: Independent and responsible Social and have an easy time building relationships Poised and flexible A team player who contributes to a good atmosphere Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and enjoy "getting stuck in" when needed We place great importance on personality and team spirit – we help each other and have fun at work!
