Do you want to lead and develop procurement operations in a manufacturing environment where both operational delivery capability and long-term business development are crucial? We are looking for a Procurement Manager who takes overall responsibility for the procurement function in our factory and leads work within both operational and strategic procurement. Background Systemair Production AB in Skinnskatteberg is a development and production company where a large portion of the factory's revenue passes through the procurement function. The function takes overall responsibility for material supply from both a process perspective and a commercial perspective, which means the function has significant impact on results. The production facility in Skinnskatteberg is a strategically important part of the Systemair Group and offers excellent opportunities for continued development. About the Role The procurement function has significant impact on the production unit's delivery capability and profitability. As Procurement Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead an important team and develop working methods for the future. The procurement function is responsible for material supply, supplier development, and efficient procurement processes for both manufacturing and assembly. As Procurement Manager, you have overall responsibility for the procurement function and report to the Head of Supply Chain, who in turn reports to the CEO. You will work closely with production, planning, engineering, quality, and finance, combining operational responsibility with strategic development work. You will be responsible for: leading and developing the procurement team ensuring operational and strategic procurement negotiating contracts and developing suppliers monitoring KPIs and driving improvements contributing to inventory optimization and reduced working capital managing delivery disruptions, deviations, and risks Your Profile We are looking for a confident leader with strong business acumen and experience leading procurement functions in manufacturing industry.
