About the Role As a procurement specialist/purchasing manager with us, you'll have a varied role where you work both strategically and operatively. You will be responsible for the entire procurement and purchasing process - from needs analysis and market dialogue to implementation, contract management, and development of working methods and supplier collaborations. You will work closely with the business and provide support to managers and employees on matters related to procurement, contracts, and purchasing. Key Responsibilities Your role will include: - Planning and executing procurements - Preparing procurement documents and technical specifications - Driving and developing strategic procurement work - Conducting analyses of purchases, costs, and supplier markets - Negotiating and following up on contracts - Ensuring that purchases comply with applicable laws, guidelines, and internal processes - Providing support to the organization on procurement and contract matters - Contributing to the development and improvement of processes and working methods About You We are looking for someone with experience in procurement and purchasing who thrives working both strategically and operatively. As a person, you are structured, analytical, and have a business-minded approach. The role requires that you can drive your own processes while having good collaboration skills and an ability to build trust in the organization. You should also have good IT skills.
