We are now looking for a systems engineer within ILS with responsibility for technical information within Aircraft System 14. Together with an experienced team and in close cooperation with the Swedish Armed Forces and industry, you will help ensure continued airworthiness and strengthen Sweden's defense capability. About the Position As a systems engineer within Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), you will have a central role in ensuring that the Swedish Armed Forces have access to correct, current, and quality-assured technical information throughout the material system's lifecycle. You are responsible for the technical information area within Aircraft System 14 (FMS 14) and simultaneously contribute to strengthening the capability to maintain and optimize the operation of the helicopter system. In the role, you plan, manage, and follow up on the production, publishing, and maintenance of technical publications and Interactive Electronic Technical Publications (IETP) in accordance with, among other things, S1000D as well as FMV's and the Swedish Armed Forces' requirements. You are also responsible for the management and further development of technical information, configuration management, and the handling of changes related to, for example, modifications and design changes. As part of the project team, you work together with the Swedish Armed Forces, industry, and international partners, including within NAHEMA (NATO Helicopter Management Agency). Through technical investigations, operational monitoring, and coordination of deliveries, you contribute to ensuring continued airworthiness and operational capability. The position is based in Stockholm. Both domestic and international business travel will occur. About You We are looking for someone with relevant academic education for the field (for example, civil engineer or technical college engineer) or equivalent competence acquired in another way that we assess as equivalent. You have experience working in the field of integrated logistics support or integrated product support (ILS/IPS) or a corresponding area that we assess as equivalent. To succeed in the role, it is also necessary that you have experience with technical documentation in complex technical systems and knowledge of technical information supply. The position also requires that you have knowledge within ILS or IPS and have good skills in Swedish and English in speech and writing. It is meritorious if you have experience working with the operation and maintenance of aircraft systems and experience working according to the S1000D standard. We would also like to see relevant experience within the defense sector and experience working with international contacts. If you have previous experience with public procurement or knowledge of public procurement and procurement in the defense sector, we also see that as an advantage. We view it positively if you have worked with Configuration Management in the aircraft field and would like to see that you have a driver's license since travel occurs in the position. In the role as systems engineer, you will be part of a unit whose main focus is to support the Swedish Armed Forces in the sustainment phase of the Helicopter 14 (Hkp14) system. Within the unit's ILS sub-project, the main focus is to conduct service deliveries to the Swedish Armed Forces' aviation operator.
