Ref: 20261970 Job Responsibilities Would you like to make a difference in an operation where technology, sustainability, and social value converge? In this role, you are responsible for daily, systematic rounds, alarm management, and operations optimization within Stadsfastigheters operations center. You contribute to stable, energy-efficient, and proactive property management by identifying, prioritizing, and following up on deviations in the property portfolio and its associated systems. An important part of the work is to conduct planned and facility-specific rounds via control and monitoring systems, and to analyze trends, operational data, and deviations to identify shortcomings and improvement opportunities. You actively work with operations optimization of heating, ventilation, and other technical systems, and are responsible for following up on completed optimizations to ensure that the effect is maintained over time. The role also involves assessing, managing, and following up on alarms, as well as initiating trouble reports or measures. You order preventive and corrective services from external contractors and ensure that measures are carried out in an appropriate manner. To succeed in the assignment, you work closely with technical managers, energy engineers, our internal functional contractor Kommunteknik, other functional contractors, and operations. You also participate in troubleshooting, investigations, energy projects, as well as in follow-up of new construction and modified control systems. Furthermore, you contribute to the development of work methods, system support, and Stadsfastigheters control and monitoring systems to create even better conditions for efficient and sustainable property management. Qualifications We are looking for someone with a relevant university or college degree for this position. We view education with a focus on building technology, installation technology, control and regulation technology, or energy as advantageous. You have at least 6 years of experience in property operations or similar tasks in a large property portfolio, and at least 4 years of experience in operations optimization and work with control and monitoring systems. Experience with energy efficiency, alarm management, troubleshooting, and follow-up of technical installations is considered advantageous. We also see it as an advantage if you have experience working with Citect SCADA or equivalent systems. You have a very good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. You also have good knowledge of building technical systems, particularly heating, ventilation, and control and regulation. Furthermore, you have the ability to analyze operational data, trends, and alarms and translate them into concrete measures. You feel confident prioritizing deviations based on operations, energy, indoor climate, and operational needs, and you work systematically with follow-up and verification of completed measures. We see it as a matter of course that you have good digital skills and experience working with technical systems. If you have knowledge in energy monitoring and data-driven property management, we view that as advantageous. Likewise, if you have experience working with energy monitoring systems and analysis tools. As a person, you are independent and initiative-taking, with an ability to work proactively, analytically, and solution-oriented. You see the bigger picture and make decisions based on what is best for Stadsfastigheters in both the short and long term.
