WORK RESPONSIBILITIES You will have a key role in managing our materials and making them searchable and secure. You will be part of a team of six employees consisting of an archivist, records officer, document controller, and IT archivist, and you will report to your team leader. This role includes some traditional archival tasks, some records management, and significant development of our information management through improved working methods and development of governing documents, guidelines, and procedures. Your main work responsibilities will include: • Perform quality assurance in the registration and organization of public records in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. • Ensure that the company's routines and working methods regarding information management comply with applicable laws and regulations. • Support operations with advice, training, and guidance on information management such as matters concerning public records, retention, storage, disposal, and file logging. • Support operations in developing information management plans and other documents related to information management. • Work with classified records management. • Participate in the preparation and implementation of governing and reporting documents in the information management area, such as information reporting. • Specific assignments, responsibilities, and tasks assigned by management. Your job also includes regularly supporting records management. This may include monitoring functional mailboxes to quickly handle or forward incoming emails and creating cases and file-logging received documents. QUALIFICATIONS As a person, you are solution-oriented and see opportunities even when problems arise. You collaborate without ego, adapt to the situation, and work to find solutions that benefit the common goal. You are comfortable in new situations, dare to stand by your opinions, and speak up when needed. At the same time, you have a good ability to separate the issue from the person. To meet the expectations for this role, we are looking for you with the following: • University degree in archival and information science or equivalent relevant experience and expertise from previous employment. • Good knowledge of the legal requirements affecting information management overall, in both physical and digital processes. • Previous experience working with archives and records management in public sector operations. • Very good knowledge of the Swedish language. • Good knowledge of the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and its areas of application. We consider it a merit if you also have experience working with classified documents and if you have worked in different roles within the field of information management.
