Your responsibilities Norrköping municipality has begun work on implementing a management system for information security, and you will be one of the key people in this implementation, together with the CISO and support functions across the organization. Your assignment includes establishing a systematic and sustainable approach and mindset regarding information security. You do this by coordinating, developing methods, and following up on the municipality's information security work. You work on educational initiatives in the area and participate in internal and external networks. As an information security strategist, you meet with managers and employees across all of the municipality's operations and, based on their different needs and conditions, you create engagement, educate, and build a security culture where information security is an integrated part of the work. You work closely with the CISO and other colleagues throughout the entire department, as well as in broad collaboration with city lawyers, city archives, the security unit, and information coordinators. You participate in developing information security strategies, managing incidents, and strengthening security awareness within the municipality. You also participate in projects where your specialist expertise is needed. The role also includes implementing, coordinating, and following up on activities related to the Cybersecurity Act. Who are you? We are looking for someone who thrives in a role where you can create structure, drive development, and make things happen. You are experienced in working systematically and take responsibility for driving your tasks forward from planning to implementation. You find it easy to translate routines and work methods into practice and see what needs to be done for the work to progress. You have good communication skills and adapt your communication style based on situation and audience. You enjoy collaborating, building good relationships, and establishing trust. When new work methods are to be implemented, you have the ability to create understanding and engagement and support others through change. If you have experience leading and coordinating information security activities, that is a merit. You may also have relevant experience from, for example, information classifications, risk analyses, or other systematic development work in roles such as business strategist, quality controller, lawyer in the public sector, or equivalent. We would appreciate it if you have experience planning and implementing information and educational initiatives and driving change work. You need to be able to make well-considered assessments, see different action alternatives, and make decisions based on available information. You take initiative and find solutions when conditions change. You have an interest in information security and how structured security work can contribute to a safe and functioning everyday life for both employees and residents. You have an academic degree from a university or college and have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Welcome with your application!
