Job Responsibilities:
This position involves diverse and responsible activities in the field of information technology management, particularly:
• Server administration and management of key systems (IDM, PWK, camera system, attendance and catering system, EPS, PZTS/EZS, telephone exchange),
• Configuration of user permissions (Portál PO Kraje Vysočina, PWK, Croseus in cooperation with PKKV, Bakaláři),
• Creation and management of user and email accounts, assignment of access rights according to school needs,
• Technical management of computing equipment, network devices, and software (installation, maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting),
• Proposals for technical solutions to develop school IT infrastructure and participation in their implementation,
• Network security assurance, resolution of security incidents, maintenance of incident records,
• Cooperation with technology vendors, inspection technicians, and involvement in construction modifications affecting IT systems,
• Continuous professional development in IT.
Requirements:
• Secondary/University education in IT or related field,
• Experience in IT management (advantageous but not required),
• Knowledge of network technologies, server systems, and user account management,
• Ability to independently solve technical tasks and communicate with users,
• Reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to continue learning.
