RP SIA "Rīgas satiksme" (Registration No. 40003619950) IT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST / E (Profession code: 351204) (Vestienas iela 35, Rīga) We will entrust you with: providing IT technical support and consultations to company employees, addressing issues related to computers, software, and information systems; administering information systems and user access rights, maintaining current IT configuration records and data synchronization; maintaining and improving the company's IT infrastructure, performing software installation, configuration, and technical maintenance; collaborating with external IT service providers, administering IT applications, and participating in information systems and IT solutions development projects. You are the right fit if you have: professional secondary education in information technology or engineering, or secondary education supplemented with specialized training or courses; professional experience of at least six months in the information technology field; state language level B2 or education obtained in the state language; excellent skills working with MS Office applications and Active Directory; experience working with SCCM software, printer configuration, and MS Office 365 environment; desirable Category B driver's license for performing job duties.
