About the roleAs an industrial mechanic, you will be an important part of the maintenance team and be responsible for ensuring stable and efficient production. You will work with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment in a modern industrial environment where safety, quality, and continuous improvements are in focus. You will initially work day shifts together with an experienced maintenance team. As the operation expands, a transition to two shifts is planned, and with continued production growth, three shifts may become relevant. The work is conducted in close collaboration with operators and other maintenance colleagues to ensure high availability and operational reliability in production. Your responsibilitiesPerform planned and preventive maintenance Troubleshoot and repair production equipment Work with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Participate in improvement and development work Document completed work in maintenance systems Collaborate with production and maintenance to ensure reliable operations We are looking for you who We are looking for someone with great technical interest who enjoys varied tasks in a modern industrial environment. To succeed in this role, we see that you: Have education in industrial, mechanical, or equivalent experience Have experience in mechanical maintenance within industry Have good knowledge of blueprint reading Have experience troubleshooting and repairing production equipment Have welding skills Are responsible, thorough, and solution-oriented Enjoy working both independently and together with others Can communicate in Swedish or English Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics is a merit. Truck and traversing certification as well as Hot Work certification are also merits, but not requirements.
