Previous industrial experience is a merit - but for us, your attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most. About the Position Montico is now seeking an industrial worker for one of our clients in Ulricehamn. The company works with surface treatment and you will become part of their production. This is a staffing placement where you will be employed by Montico and work at our client's site. The position is full-time and the work is scheduled in two shifts. Immediate start. Job Description You will work in the client's production with tasks related to surface treatment. The work is hands-on and you will receive training and the opportunity to learn the tasks on site. We are looking above all for someone who is hardworking, curious, and has a strong willingness to learn. You don't need to know everything from the start – the most important thing is that you have the right attitude, take responsibility, and are ready to develop in the role. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is reliable, responsible, and enjoys hands-on work. You ideally have some experience from industry or production, but the most important thing is that you have the willingness to learn and do a good job.
