Your Responsibilities
Your work tasks may include:
• Mechanical processing and work with various types of production equipment.
• Turning and other processing of components.
• Grinding, polishing, and finishing work.
• Manual and robotic welding.
• Preparing, setting up, monitoring, and operating machines and equipment.
• Blueprint reading, measurement, and quality inspections.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving in daily production.
• Actively contributing to improvement, quality, and safety initiatives.
What We're Looking For
We would like to see that you:
• Have experience from industry, workshop, or manufacturing production.
• Have experience with mechanical processing and/or welding.
• Have technical understanding and enjoy working practically.
• Are careful, quality-conscious, and take responsibility.
• Are solution-oriented and comfortable taking your own initiative.
• Have good teamwork skills and a strong safety mindset.
• Speak and write Swedish fluently.
• Have good English skills, as instructions and documentation may be in English.
• Hold forklift and overhead crane certifications.
