Here you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in industrial painting and become an important part of production. About the position As a painter, you work with preparing, painting, and finishing products according to drawings, instructions, and established quality requirements. The role involves primarily painting work where the focus is on quality, safety, and efficiency. You will be part of a small work team where collaboration, flexibility, and a positive attitude are highly valued. You work with varying details and products, which requires precision and an eye for finish. In the role, you collaborate closely with colleagues in production to ensure efficient workflow and high quality in deliveries. The work is full-time with daytime hours. This position is a staffing assignment through Lernia with placement at Elfverson in Påryd. For the right person, there are good opportunities for future employment directly with the client company. Responsibilities You are responsible for ensuring that painting work is performed carefully and with quality awareness. The role includes, among other things: Prepare materials and surfaces for painting. Perform painting work according to applicable instructions and quality requirements. Ensure good quality and finish on completed products. Conduct self-inspections and contribute to effective quality work. Contribute to order and cleanliness in the workplace. Follow safety procedures and handle chemicals according to applicable regulations. Contribute to improvements in work methods and processes. Support operations with related work tasks as needed. About you We are looking for someone with experience in painting, spray painting, coating, or similar work in industry and manufacturing. You have practical skills and enjoy work tasks where precision, finish, and quality are important. You work independently and in a structured manner while finding it easy to collaborate with others. As a person, you are thorough, responsible, and solution-oriented. You are flexible, willing to work, and have a desire to learn new tasks. Since the work can be physically demanding, it is important that you are comfortable with practical work in a production environment. Formal qualifications Experience from industry or manufacturing operations. Ability to follow drawings, work instructions, and safety regulations. Driver's license category B. Good Swedish skills, spoken and written. Meritorious qualifications Experience in painting, coating, or spray painting. Experience from industrial production or manufacturing operations. Education in painting, industry, or coating.
