Your Responsibilities As a painter, you'll be part of our painting department where we fill, sand, and paint our windows and doors. We are actively transitioning from solvent-based to water-based products in our painting operation for both environmental and workplace health reasons. The job involves varied and responsible work where you'll learn different processes. This is a full-time position starting as soon as possible. Work hours are daytime shifts. Your Profile To succeed as a painter with us, your willingness to learn new things is essential. You work well both independently and as part of a team. You're interested in performing many different tasks. It's important that you're driven, engaged, and have a high quality mindset in your work—keeping in mind a good product and a satisfied end customer. Previous experience with filling and spray painting is welcome. If you also have formal training in this field, that's an advantage but not a requirement.
