Here you'll become part of an operation where technology, development, and long-term thinking are in focus, together with a culture characterized by responsibility, collaboration, and the desire to continuously improve operations. Your Responsibilities As an industrial electrician, you'll primarily work with reactive maintenance in production. The role involves independent work where you need to quickly troubleshoot, analyze, and solve problems to ensure continued operations. You'll work in a maintenance team of approximately 15 electricians, with 10 working day shifts and 5 working shifts. The position is on a 5-shift schedule with 2 day shifts, 2 evening shifts, 2 night shifts, and then 4 days off. Examples of tasks: • Troubleshooting and reactive maintenance in production • Handling operational disruptions in motors, drive systems, and frequency converters • Working with AC and DC • Reading error codes and working via PLC interface • Minor service and maintenance work within facilities and production • Documentation and administrative work in maintenance systems The work varies depending on production needs, and certain periods involve a faster pace with focus on urgent operational disruptions. When production allows, you'll also support with maintenance work and service tasks within facilities and operations. Your Profile We're looking for someone with electrical technical education or equivalent experience from industry. To succeed in this role, you need to be self-driven, confident in making independent decisions, and have experience troubleshooting in an industrial environment. Requirements for the role: • Approximately 3–4 years of experience as an industrial electrician • Experience from industry or process industry • Good knowledge of troubleshooting and reactive maintenance • Experience with motors, drive systems, and frequency converters • Good computer skills and experience with maintenance systems • Very good knowledge of both Swedish and English • B driver's license It's advantageous if you have experience with: • ABB drive systems • SAP • Lean Production • PLC systems and robotics As a person, you're responsible, solution-oriented, and accustomed to making independent decisions.
