Production Workers for Manufacturing Industry Do you want to work in a production environment where teamwork, quality, and commitment are the focus? We are now looking for several production workers for an established industrial company. Here you'll have the opportunity to be part of a company with high production output, strong team spirit, and good development opportunities. About the Position The work varies depending on which department you join. In one department, you work closely with your colleagues in production where collaboration and communication are essential for work to flow efficiently and safely. The tasks are practical and hands-on, where you and your team are responsible for manufacturing products according to drawings and instructions. In another department, you work more closely with processes and machinery. Here you monitor production flows, handle material replenishment, and ensure that machines and automated processes function as they should. This role suits you if you thrive in a technical environment and like to keep track of multiple tasks at once. The position is set up for two-shift operations.
