Drive industrialization projects in a production-focused environment and contribute to efficiently bringing new equipment, facilities, and infrastructure into operation. Do you want to lead production-focused industrialization projects in an environment where collaboration with operations is crucial? Here you'll work with implementation and development of equipment, facilities, and production solutions. About the role Drive smaller projects or parts of larger industrialization initiatives. Work at the intersection of technology, production, and operations. Collaborate closely with operators, maintenance teams, and leadership. What you'll do Plan, monitor, and execute project activities. Develop documentation including specifications, schedules, and resource plans. Track project progress and manage operational obstacles. Coordinate resources, materials, equipment, and external suppliers. Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new solutions. We're looking for someone with 2–5 years of relevant experience in project management or industrialization. Practical understanding of manufacturing and production-focused operations. Ability to independently drive tasks with support from senior project managers. Experience collaborating across functions and communicating clearly within operations.
