As a therapist in our open care services, you will provide treatment in the form of counseling sessions to individuals and families, both in the client's home and in our facility in Malmö. The work is independent and requires structure, discipline, and a high degree of professionalism. You are responsible for conducting sessions according to our service methods, documenting them, following care plans, and ensuring that treatment maintains high quality. Benefits and Compensation Compensation: 225 kr/h (only time spent with client counts). Training: Free training in our methods. Supervision: External supervision available. Petty cash: Access to petty cash for expenses incurred during client meetings. Travel reimbursement: Mileage reimbursement for transportation to and from client visits. Conduct Sessions and Treatment Conduct sessions with clients according to established care plans and implementation plans. Use templates and online tools during sessions via tablet. Create and maintain a good relationship with the individual and family. Ensure that all sessions take place safely and with consideration for GDPR. Documentation and Record Keeping Document every session and meeting with the client. Conduct assessments with family/client. Conduct intervention evaluations. Planning and Follow-up Create and update implementation plans based on the care plan. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed. Participate in monthly follow-ups with clients to assess the direction of the intervention. Routines and Processes Be well versed in our service routines and treatment intervention content. Handle financial matters and expenses related to the service. Safety and Incident Management Know and act according to our safety procedures. Write incident reports when necessary. Assess when a situation is acute and when it is necessary to contact police or other emergency services. Qualifications Relevant education in social pedagogy, social work, or equivalent. Previous experience working with counseling and treatment of individuals and families. Good knowledge of documentation and record keeping. Ability to work independently and in a structured manner. Strong communication skills and professional demeanor. Knowledge of GDPR and other confidentiality regulations in the healthcare sector. Work Hours and Expectations Work takes place during and after office hours as well as on weekends. The position is based on hours completed with clients, where travel time to and from a meeting is not counted. Flexible workplace where sessions can take place at our facility, the client's home, or another safe and suitable location. We are looking for someone who has: At least 2 years of experience in treatment. At least 1.5 years of education in behavioral science, for example social pedagogue, social worker, or similar. Access to a car and a driver's license. Flexibility and availability to work evenings and weekends. Good experience with documentation and record keeping. Ability to build good relationships and have a structured work method. Knowledge of the Motivational Interviewing (M.I) treatment method. Good social skills and are a team player. Ability to communicate well and work independently. Experience working evidence-based according to the care plan. A strong ethos that guides your work and takes full responsibility in all situations.
