The Role: Food Truck Manager and Cook You will be responsible for working with Catering to deliver our world-class Wraps and our new dishes including fantastic Indian tacos and Tandoori grilled chicken, launching in 2026. Your responsibilities include cooking, sales at lunches, events, and catering. Key Responsibilities Prepare everything from scratch, curry stews, various types of marinades and sauces Cooking and preparation: Prepare food according to recipes and hygiene requirements, as well as purchasing and booking planning. Customer service: Provide professional and welcoming service, handle orders and payments. Inventory and cleaning: Responsible for restocking items, cleaning, and basic maintenance of the food truck. Deliveries: Execute weekly deliveries of goods and load/unload items. Cash handling and booking system: Manage cash register and booking system. Personal Qualities Customer-focused with emphasis on guest experience. Organized, flexible, and self-motivated. Strong problem-solving skills and communicative in team collaboration. Requirements Understand and be able to communicate in English, Hindi, Punjabi, Nepali Experience in Indian cooking and Tandoor (Indian grill oven) Knowledge of baking and ability to bake everything from scratch is a plus Completed training in India or have a diploma in Indian cuisine. Meritorious: Experience with food trucks and customer service, knowledge of South Indian cuisine is a plus Working Conditions Varying hours with focus on lunch, events, and weekly deliveries. General temporary employment starting March 1st to August 30, 2026 with possibility of extension.
