Test and debug complex infotainment systems in vehicles. You work closely with development teams and contribute to ensuring quality in connected vehicle experiences. As an In-Car Test Engineer, you'll debug complex issues, validate new software releases, and contribute to a stable user experience in connected vehicles. About the Role Work in a cross-functional team within connected vehicle functions. Conduct testing in complete vehicle environments. Debug complex issues that may be difficult to reproduce in smaller test environments. Collaborate closely with development teams, test functions, and the workshop. What You'll Do Validate complete infotainment systems and HMI features. Test new software releases in vehicles on an ongoing basis. Plan and conduct test drives and field tests under varying conditions. Analyze faults, collect relevant logs, and communicate the issue clearly. Develop test analyses, test specifications, and regular summaries. We're Looking for Someone Who Has Relevant university education in, for example, computer science, electrical engineering, or mechatronics, or equivalent competence. Experience with vehicle development and infotainment systems. Good understanding of vehicle electrical systems and test equipment. Ability to debug system-wide issues and drive investigations together with multiple teams. Valid Swedish B driving license. Technology & Tools Infotainment systems and HMI. HIL environments and subsystem testing. Log analysis and fault reporting. Software validation in complete vehicle environment. Practical Information Location: Göteborg. Work approach: On-site, with testing in vehicle and field environments. Language: English, spoken and written.
