About the Role
As a group fitness instructor, you are a central part of our members' experience – you are both ambassador, inspirator, and energy spreader. Your task is to convey fitness joy, create motivation, and give our participants that WOW feeling that makes them want to come back.
You should feel confident taking the spotlight, sharing yourself, and leading with both heart and energy – whether there are 10 or 100 people in the room.
We Offer You:
Training in the concept – we'll handle it!
A fixed class/week (or more!) at one of our clubs where the need is greatest
A workplace filled with engagement, development, and fitness joy
We're Looking for Someone Who Can:
Teach 1–2 fixed classes per week
Be available morning, day, evening, or weekend (depending on needs)

You don't need to be a trained instructor beforehand – we'll train you! The most important thing is that you:
Have a passion for group fitness and training in general
Enjoy being in the spotlight and leading others
Have personal charisma, energy, and a positive attitude
Are reliable, engaged, and want to develop with us
