We're looking for someone who wants to lead inspiring group fitness classes and help our members get a training experience that keeps them coming back – again and again. Practical Information WHAT Hourly position with typically 1–5 scheduled classes per week (each class is approximately 30–55 minutes). The number of classes varies based on facility needs and your availability. We are currently recruiting new instructors in the following concept: HYROX. WHERE Fitness24Seven Malmö Värnhem WHEN We're looking for someone available on weekday afternoons and evenings as well as weekends. About the Role As a group fitness instructor, you're an important part of our members' training experience. You lead participants through the class, inspire them to enjoy movement, and create a welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels included – regardless of fitness level. In the role, you will, among other things: Lead group fitness classes according to set concept structure Inspire and motivate participants to develop in their training Adapt exercises based on different conditions and levels Contribute to a safe, positive, and energizing training environment Be an ambassador for Fitness24Seven's values and training philosophy We believe that training should be fun, inspiring, and accessible to everyone. We're Looking for Someone Who Has a strong interest in fitness and health Enjoyed inspiring and motivating other people Feel comfortable speaking to and leading a group Are engaged, positive, and responsible Have personal experience with the training form or category you want to instruct Previous experience as an instructor is a plus, but not required.
