Facilities Manager

We are now looking for a facilities manager to work with everything from cleaning to catering and event preparation. As a facilities manager, you are also responsible for our external bookings and you are the best point of contact for our regular tenants. The position is 50%, mainly scheduled during daytime on weekdays. Your work can be expanded and developed depending on what you want and can do. Lidköpings Folkets Hus is a renowned meeting place for culture and people. We want to be a second home filled with different contexts and events that you and everyone else who lives and moves in our area can choose to be part of. Beyond our major cinema operations, we create a range of cultural events in-house and in collaboration with others. Other organizers also operate in our facilities. Our venue is located in central Lidköping and is owned by you as a member of our cooperative association. The association is run on a non-profit basis. Any surplus is reinvested in the operations. We are looking for you who like to get things done. You are excellent at cleaning and maintaining order and enjoy working with kitchen tasks. You see people and help our guests feel welcome. Heavy lifting may occur during event preparations. Some administrative experience is good to have, since you will manage our bookings. A driver's license is a plus.
