ABOUT ÅRE TRAVEL Åre Travel has welcomed satisfied guests since 2014 and manages apartments, villas, and cottages in attractive locations in and around Åre village. We also offer property services for homeowners, including cabin cleaning, property maintenance, snow removal, grounds keeping, and window cleaning. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Mood Manager / Housekeeping Lead, you are a key person in the daily operations of our properties. You ensure that cleaning, linens, guest amenities, and other materials are in place before guests arrive. You lead and coordinate the work of our housekeeping team and work closely with our operations manager to plan activities and ensure we maintain the highest possible quality. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and assign work in the housekeeping team. Plan and follow up on daily tasks together with our operations manager. Conduct quality inspections and report defects and maintenance needs in our properties. Ensure linens, guest amenities, and supplies are in place. Responsible for ordering and purchasing according to agreements. Onboard and support seasonal staff. Work operationally with cleaning and preparing properties. Support operations where needed, for example with snow removal. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO Is organized, structured, and solution-oriented. Has experience from housekeeping, hotels, or similar operations. Has leadership experience and enjoys motivating others. Is confident in making decisions and taking responsibility. Has a good eye for design, quality, and details. Is positive, flexible, and communicates well. Has good physical fitness and enjoys working at a fast pace. Has good computer skills. Has good knowledge of Swedish and/or English. Holds a driver's license (category B). Since Åre Travel is in a development phase, you need to appreciate change, think innovatively, and be willing to step in wherever needed. Period: Winter season 2026/2027 (December 15 – April 15) Location: Åre Number of positions: Several Varying work hours and weekend work apply.
