For the right person, we now have an open position at Tassa Tryggt AB We are located in Älta and have been running the daycare for 28 years (previously called Maggies Farm), so we are a well-established operation where we maintain high quality and service for our dogs. To be a good fit with us, you must be genuinely interested in striving daily to give our dogs a great day! Those of us who work here have great enthusiasm, and this is something we really look for in our new colleague. The ideal candidate should: * Have a strong work ethic and genuine interest in working with all aspects of dogs and dog daycare. * Be collaborative, as you will work closely in a small company. * Be able to work independently and be solution-oriented. * Have good physical fitness, as we walk at least 1 mile per day. * Be positive and social, as we have frequent customer contact. Be professional in your role with colleagues, dogs, and customers. * Have a natural rapport with dogs. We have a wonderful group of dogs with great variety in size, temperament, and activity level. * Be able to read dog behavior. We prioritize safety highly. Training/experience is desirable but not decisive. The right personality is more important! For the right person, this work is quite free and incredibly fun! The position involves: walks, planning, cleaning the daycare facility/play yards, puppy introductions, basic dog care, and feeding. Part-time (approximately 20-30h/week with possible opportunity for more) with a 6-month trial period. We are not in a rush to fill the position—finding the right fit is what matters most.
