As director / operations manager of Humbla Supported Housing in Uppsala, you'll have overall responsibility for the operation. You'll lead and develop the team, ensure quality, and create the conditions needed for both employees and the people we exist to serve to succeed. This includes responsibility for leadership and personnel, quality and follow-up, documentation and routines, as well as collaboration with social services, authorities, and other key stakeholders. But the role is about more than what can be written in a job description. You set the tone – based on Humbla's values. You build culture, create engagement, and make sure there's both direction and energy in the operation. When something needs to change, you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and do the work. Who are we looking for? You have a degree in social work and experience from supported housing, residential care, or similar operations. You feel confident with the responsibility that comes with leading an operation in social care. You need to understand the regulations, requirements, and quality issues surrounding the operation – but equally important is that you can put them into practice in a well-functioning everyday. Have you previously been approved by IVO? Then you're extra interesting to us. We see it as a strong merit if you've previously been a director and held an IVO license for supported housing. If you have that experience, we really hope you apply. What are you like as a person? You don't need to be the loudest voice in the room. But you need to be someone people trust.
