About the Role
As HSE Manager, you'll have a central role where you drive and develop the company's work in safety, environment, and occupational health. We're looking for a self-driven and committed person who ensures the company meets requirements according to ISO standards, legislation, and internal policies. You'll be responsible for planning and conducting internal and external audits, following up on deviations and complaints, ensuring that our processes meet legal and ISO standard requirements, and advancing the company's occupational health and safety work together with managers and supervisors.
We're looking for someone who is structured and solution-oriented. You're willing to make decisions, take personal responsibility, and drive work forward toward our shared goals together with managers and supervisors. The role requires someone who performs work tasks yourself while also being able to support and coordinate local tasks across the company's different departments.
Key Areas of Responsibility
• Plan, prepare, and be responsible for the company's audits/inspections
• Develop, maintain, and ensure compliance of the company's management system
• Be responsible for systematic deviation management, reporting, and corrective action programs
• Update, implement, and ensure policies are followed in a straightforward way
• Together with the Management Group, drive management reviews and related initiatives
• Together with HR, drive occupational health-related initiatives such as wellness week
• Report to parent company on matters concerning quality, safety, and environment
This position will be based in Vadstena or at one of our production facilities in Kinna or Horndal and will require some travel and work at our production facilities.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
• Has experience in quality, environmental, or occupational health work
• Is structured, committed, and solution-oriented
• Dares to make decisions and take responsibility for results
• Thrives in an operational role where you can both implement and follow up to ensure things get done
• Has very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English in both speech and writing
• Holds a category B driving license

About the Company
Dinair/AAF is one of Europe's largest manufacturers and suppliers of ventilation filters, dust and flue gas filters with over 100 years of experience. Since 2016, we are part of AAF International with Daikin as main owner. AAF conducts research and product development and has a complete product range of high quality. Dinair AB has its headquarters in Vadstena and is otherwise represented throughout Sweden with approximately 150 employees. Offices are also located in Stockholm and Kinna, as well as two production facilities located in Horndal and Kinna.
