HR OGC is Billerud's national HR support function for our Swedish production units. The team consists of two Training Coordinators and four HR Generalists who work together on mandatory training, recruitment, and HR administration. As a Training Coordinator, you ensure that the operation has access to the legally required training needed in occupational environment, safety, and production, such as forklift, overhead crane, fall protection, CPR, Hot Work, as well as occupational environment training for managers and safety representatives. You plan and coordinate training sessions, administer training in our Learning Management System, and follow up on completed training initiatives. The role involves coordinating and making training available to the operation. The responsibility for employees having the right training for their roles lies with the responsible manager, with support from occupational safety engineers who interpret legal requirements and assist the operation with risk assessments. You are responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on legally mandated training for our Swedish production units. The work encompasses everything from annual planning and needs analysis to administration of courses and training sessions. You maintain ongoing contact with managers, the operation, and external training providers, and work with follow-up, reporting, and development of our training processes. Each year, HR OGC coordinates approximately 30 types of training and around 350 training sessions in the form of classroom training, digital training, and e-learnings. Your main tasks will be to: Plan and coordinate legally mandated training for Billerud's Swedish production units. Administer courses and training sessions in our Learning Management System. Support managers and the operation with questions regarding training processes. Contribute to follow-up, analysis, and development of training processes and working methods. Qualifications To succeed in the role of Training Coordinator, you have: Higher education in HR, personnel and employment issues, or alternatively experience that Billerud considers equivalent. Experience in administrative, coordinating, or service-oriented work. Very good system skills and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new digital tools and systems. Good knowledge of Excel and experience in analyzing and compiling data for reports. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is a merit if you have: Experience with HR systems, Learning Management System (LMS), or similar business systems. Experience in giving presentations, workshops, or training, both digitally and in person. Experience in development or improvement work based on statistics, operational data, or user needs.
