JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Our current HR Strategist at Lapplands Kommunalförbund will be changing employers in the near future, and we are seeking a new colleague for our organization. Working together with the Federation Director, Upper Secondary Education Director, and Adult Education Director, you will work with strategic guidelines for the Federation's HR initiatives. As an HR Strategist, you work closely with the Federation's managers and serve as our contact point with the member municipalities' HR departments. Together with our HR consultant, you and form the Federation's HR function. Your responsibilities also include managing union contacts, employment co-determination procedures, and collaboration. You will also handle administrative tasks and conduct investigations. You will have the opportunity to discuss with the Federation Director and HR consultant to influence the focus and direction of your role. QUALIFICATIONS A university degree in HR/Personnel Administration and experience with independent work on HR matters, or other equivalent education/experience that the employer deems sufficient. We expect strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Great importance will be placed on personal qualities and abilities. You have strong collaborative skills and find it easy to create and maintain good relationships. You have the ability to take own initiatives for change and development and can generate commitment for your areas. As an HR Strategist, it is important that you have a strategic perspective, see the bigger picture, think long-term, and possess analytical capabilities. Experience working in politically governed organizations is a merit. A valid driver's license is required. Employment type: Permanent position.
