We also provide support to preschools and schools across the country to create together learning environments that are developmental and accessible. Additionally, we distribute state grants and develop educational materials. We hope that you, with your background and skills, can contribute to increasing our diversity. To succeed in the role, you need a proactive approach and quickly develop an understanding of the agency's various operations and competence needs. You will be an important partner to managers and provide qualified support in attracting, recruiting, and introducing future employees. The role also includes supporting managers through all parts of the recruitment process, from needs analysis and job requirements to selection, placement, and follow-up. You will manage multiple recruitment processes in parallel and ensure high quality, good candidate experience, and consistent practices throughout the agency. As a person, you are flexible, unpretentious, and solution-oriented, with a desire to contribute to the development and improvement of work methods and processes. You thrive in collaboration with others but are also comfortable working independently. Furthermore, you have good communication skills and can adapt your message to the recipient and situation. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. Employment type: Permanent employment. Duration: Permanent, start date: According to agreement. A probationary period of 6 months applies.
