We are seeking an HR Specialist with a focus on recruitment who wants to provide close and professional support to our managers. With us, you will combine hands-on recruitment work with the opportunity to develop methods, processes, and tools. You will become part of our HR department with approximately 17 employees. Key Responsibilities As an HR Specialist in recruitment, you will work closely with our recruiting managers and be involved throughout the entire recruitment process from planning to completion. Your main responsibilities will include: - Planning and structuring recruitment processes together with the recruiting manager - Providing advice and support in various parts of recruitment - Creating and publishing job advertisements - Conducting candidate screening - Developing competency-based interview and reference guides - Participating in interviews when needed - Contributing to a quality-assured and professional candidate experience - Managing recruitment administration, such as record-keeping and decision documentation - Developing and improving our recruitment methods and processes - Collaborating with HR colleagues on matters concerning recruitment and other HR areas You will have multiple processes running simultaneously and collaborate with different managers. Therefore, it is important that you are comfortable in a role where you need to prioritize, create structure, and quickly switch between different tasks. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: - An academic degree in HR, personnel science, or equivalent that the employer considers relevant for the position - Experience working as recruitment support to managers for at least one of the past five years - Experience working with the entire recruitment process - Experience conducting complete recruitment processes within a government agency Furthermore, you should have the following abilities: - You take responsibility and drive your work forward independently - You are service-oriented and enjoy helping others - You create structure and can prioritize when you have multiple processes running simultaneously - You are thorough and quality-conscious - You collaborate easily and unpretentiously with both managers and colleagues - You are confident in your communication and express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing Additionally, it is a merit if you have: - Experience with competency-based recruitment - Knowledge of public administration and government agency regulations - Knowledge of HR processes, labor law, and collective agreements within the state agreement area Other Information - The position is 100% and permanent - We typically apply a six-month probationary period - Start date as soon as possible by agreement - Location: Gävle - We offer 49% remote work and 51% on-site - Travel may occur in the position.
