At Swedbank, you have the opportunity to: Gain work experience in HR with broad scope and variety of tasks Work a couple of days per week, with working hours planned around your studies and the possibility of full-time work during the summer Support employees and managers with HR-related questions via phone and through our Service Now case management system Collaborate with colleagues both within our HR Services unit and other departments within the bank Learn more about HR processes and how they work in a large organization For this role, you need to: Be flexible and comfortable switching between different tasks throughout the day Have a strong ability to analyze problems and find solutions Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, in Swedish and English Have experience in HR, service, support, or communication Be available to work on-site at our office With us you can experience: Personal and professional development through self-leadership and continuous learning.
