Job Responsibilities:
" Actively contribute to projects and initiatives with the goal of delivering required outputs, identifying obstacles, and implementing measures to ensure their timely execution.
" Support process simplification, automation, and continuous improvement by challenging the current state and proposing innovative solutions (including AI utilization); translate business requirements into concrete and achievable outputs.
" Collaborate with technical teams on defining data mappings, integrations, data management requirements, and data flows; support technical testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
" Manage stakeholder communication, negotiate compromises, and resolve conflicts with a pragmatic and proactive approach.
" Act as an expert on HR data architecture; design and manage data models and governance rules for your assigned area.
" Bridge business requirements with IT architects when implementing new technologies and systems.
" Support a data-driven culture and develop data literacy across the organization.
We Require:
" More than 7 years of experience in HR or HR consulting with demonstrated results in delivering transformation projects.
" Experience with cloud HCM systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle Cloud HCM) - implementation, configuration, or operational support.
" Strong project management skills - experience leading projects or functional work streams within larger transformations or system changes.
" Proven experience implementing new technologies, including system configuration, integrations, cutover activities, and documentation creation; practical experience with technical testing and UAT.
" Good understanding of ticket management and service request handling and design of their lifecycle; ability to translate business and operational requirements into effective service request solutions.
" Process and automation focus - experience with process simplification, implementing automation, and leveraging new technologies (including practical AI utilization) to increase efficiency.
" Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, including advanced Excel proficiency.
" Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including facilitation, negotiation, and presentation.
" Practical and results-oriented approach - ability to identify risks and obstacles, implement corrective measures, work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
