We are now looking for an engaged and organized HR Operations Specialist for a parental leave cover position. This is an exciting opportunity for you who want to work broadly within HR, be part of a fantastic HR team, and at the same time contribute to developing our working methods and processes. About the Role This is a temporary contract position, 6 months with possible extension, full-time. Working hours Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00. As an HR Operations Specialist, you are an important part of our HR team and have a broad and varied role with many contact points across the organization. You will primarily be professional support to our employees in HR-related matters and provide managers with support in HR administration and personnel-related issues. The role also includes the opportunity to contribute to developing and streamlining our HR processes and working methods. You will work with recruitment, employment contracts and changes to employment, HR systems, statistics and reporting. A role with both responsibility and variety In the role, you will among other things: provide professional and service-oriented support to employees in HR matters provide managers with advisory support in HR administration and personnel-related matters manage employment contracts, contract changes, and other personnel documentation work with HR systems and ensure that personnel data is correct and up-to-date create and administer reports, statistics, and HR-related materials participate in the entire recruitment process for our hearing clinics & Customer Service participate in and administer parts of the overall payroll process, for example preparations, quality assurance, communication, and follow-up contribute to developing, simplifying, and streamlining our HR processes and administrative working methods contribute to various HR projects and initiatives based on business needs. We are looking for someone with an academic degree in HR/PA or other relevant and equivalent education at least 2–3 years of experience in a broad HR role, preferably where you have worked with multiple areas of HR experience with HR administration and work in HR systems, for example SuccessFactors and/or Spiris excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing good digital literacy and an interest in developing and streamlining administrative working methods. Experience from an international organization is a merit, as is experience with and good understanding of the overall payroll process, for example salary reviews, payroll data, quality assurance, salary changes, and collaboration with payroll function/payroll providers, as well as experience working in an organization with many operations-close managers and employees.
