Do you have several years of experience in both HR and payroll administration and thrive in a broad and independent role with significant responsibility? We are now seeking an HR and Payroll Consultant for an well-established company in the southern suburbs that is in a development and growth phase. This is a long-term part-time consulting assignment with a desired start in September. About the Company Our client is an established company in food production, part of a larger group with growth ambitions in the Swedish market. The business is characterized by digitalization, development and a focus on efficient processes. Your Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for ongoing personnel administration and administrative payroll management for approximately 70 employees. You will serve as a central contact person for HR-related matters and work broadly with both personnel and payroll administrative processes. Your responsibilities will include: Administration of new hires, employment contracts and system registrations Ongoing personnel administration, including employment changes, vacation, sick leave and time reporting Administration of employment terminations Contact with authorities and pension and insurance providers Responsibility for the entire payroll process in Visma Lön 600, from payroll basis to payment Handling of employer declarations, reporting and reconciliations Administration of pensions, insurance and Fora reporting Issuance of employer certificates and other personnel certificates Handling of payroll and personnel matters related to the Swedish Migration Agency Your Profile We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience working broadly with both HR and payroll administration, preferably with previous consulting experience. You thrive in a role where you work independently and take responsibility for the entire process in your area. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to handle tasks with fixed deadlines related to payroll payments, reporting and regulatory requirements, while you appreciate a broad and varied role where you combine payroll administration with HR matters and serve as an important administrative support function in the organization.
