We are now seeking an HR Manager for an extended consulting assignment with one of our clients in Falkenberg. You will become an important part of the company's HR team and work closely with managers and leaders to create conditions for both business success and a positive employee experience.
About the Position
As an HR Manager, you will provide both strategic and operational support to the organization. You will work closely with leaders and managers on matters concerning labor law, leadership, organizational development, workforce planning, and change management. The role involves significant responsibility and the opportunity to influence both operations and culture.
You will be part of an experienced HR team consisting of an HR Manager, HR Specialist, and payroll administrators, where you collectively drive and develop HR initiatives.
In this role, you will, among other things:
• Provide qualified HR support to managers on daily and strategic personnel matters.
• Work with organizational development, change management, and competency development.
• Ensure that the organization complies with applicable labor law, collective agreements, and internal guidelines.
• Provide advice and support on matters related to labor law, rehabilitation, performance, and employee relations.
• Support managers on performance management, talent development, and career development.
• Be responsible for onboarding and introduction of new employees.
• Create and update job descriptions.
• Initiate and support recruitment processes together with hiring managers.
• Participate in minor organizational changes and prepare HR-related analyses and decision-making materials.
About You
We are looking for someone with several years of experience in qualified HR work, for example as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or in a similar role. You are confident in your expertise and experienced in working closely with operations in an advisory and coaching capacity.
